Aurora Call is owned and operated by Qiming Dong, an individual business operator based in China.

About the service

Aurora Call provides an AI-assisted missed-call answering service for business customers. When a customer configures call forwarding, the service may answer unanswered calls and capture lead details for delivery to the subscribing business. Features depend on the chosen plan and availability of third-party telephony and messaging providers.

Subscriptions and payments

The advertised standard subscription is USD $49 per month, plus any applicable taxes or clearly disclosed additional charges. The checkout displays the price and renewal frequency before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Payments are processed by the payment provider identified at checkout.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation using the Manage service option or the subscription management link provided in your billing email. Cancellation prevents future renewals; access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the service is terminated for cause. See our Refund Policy.

Customer obligations

You must maintain ownership or authorization to use the forwarding number and comply with applicable telephone, recording, consumer privacy, text messaging, and consent laws. You are responsible for informing callers about AI answering and any recording or transcription where required. Do not use the service for emergency calls, unlawful marketing, or sensitive medical, financial, or payment-card data collection.

Availability and limitations

AI-generated responses and captured lead details may be incomplete or inaccurate. The service is not a substitute for emergency dispatch, a live professional, or guaranteed receipt of every lead. Temporary outages may occur because of carriers, internet services or other third parties.

Updates and support

We may update these terms prospectively and will give notice of material changes where required. Questions about your subscription can be raised using the account management options or the contact method provided in your purchase confirmation.
